updates anyone???? I am thinking this might be the trick to getting the clear coated shine, I can not stand the dry look, real takes forever with resin, not to mention cost involved. This is as close as it gets but I doubt it wraps coutures nice. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFM8E...ayer_embedded# http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzuqN...eature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h95AQ...eature=related

I was just going to post it - didn't recognize the car till I saw the cedar interior. I will have to try it out and make sure I don't leave anything of value in the car.
If the alarm is set (activated) with the keyfob, that action will sound the siren. And, of course, immobilize the car.
Always lock your car with the remote!
And don't leave anything in sight. Common sense.

So I am about a week away of making my decision on my interior....I read that you were having some issues with the neff wrap did you ever get it sorted out? Also I am just so burnt out on the carbon fiber look.....its everywhere...I didnt see any other designs on their site though unfortunately.
Well, I still love the look of the wrap on my doors. I have gotten busy with other things, and have not got back to doing the console, but it is still on my list of things to do.
I think so. But instead of wrapping the inside of the vent housing, I am thinking that I will paint it black and just apply the cf to the outer areas. All of the other pieces should be a piece of cake to wrap.
I am waiting to buy this until I see a picture of the center console piece holding the temp gauges and radio. If that piece is easily done, I am ordering that day!

Im a little better now, car is running but the breather covers are still leaking, i've rtv'd them 4 times... Im debating about just having to covers welded to the vc's.
Plus the new tires I got make the front end rub everywhere, so I need bigger spring pads
bmorgan, did you ever finish with the Neffy wrap? I gave up after failing to make it fit the deep contours around the switches and A/C controls. Just wouldn't listen to me.
Removed the 3M 77 with Turpentine-just like the instructions on the can. No damage to the paint. But it sure is clean!
Went with 3M DI-NOC. Graphite. Did the whole center console and the A-pillars/overhead in the roadster. Looks great, just a whole lotta' work. We'll add the doorpull/tweeter panel this weekend. I'll post pics if anyone wants to see them.
Oh-and the difference between that Neffy'ed SLK and ours is the console panels aren't nearly so contoured in the older SLK. Ours are a real beeatch.
