I've noticed that the inside of my xfire is squeaking more and more of cheap plastic feel. Has anyone experimented with carbon fiber center console parts? Or maybe some type of replacements from MB? I've tightened a few nuts here and there but got nowhere very fast.

 

It's sad, but the inside plastic is kinda cheap! I dont know of any replacement parts that you can swap out. Only the dash kits. carbon fiber etc.

 

can I get a link to such pieces? The rubberized coating is peeling off like mad....it's driving me insane.

 

I've never heard of expensive feeling plastic parts...

The only issues im having are the rear upper trim pieces wont stay in place, somehow the locating tabs broke off.

And by rubberized coating, do you mean the texture on the top of the dash?
