Default fan blower resistor module part no.

hey guys

i have only had the car for a week 2005 silver 30k &
lo & behold the fan blower won't stop blowing even without the ignition keys in.

Love all the threads (read many of these) recommemds i first check the air pollen filter for debris, but from reading i believe it the fan blower resistor module which may of given up!

Does anyone have a part number for this? - as previous threads have said buy 2005 MB fan blower resistor module

As i need to purchase this from a auto electrical outlet in aberdeen scotland.

i hopefully done my research but you guys are pobably far more aware of the problem.

This was new in packet.I dont think they are listing one at the moment but it might be worth getting in contact with.Their username is matford1.
As for the heater problem, the blower speed has been a bit eratic, going from fast to slow on its own.Ihave bought this for when it eventually gets worse as it was too much of a bargain to turn down.I will be fitting it myself as from what i can make out it simply plugs into the heater unit via two wires.

Nice price

I couldn't see one on ebay but I was looking for the MB part. I got mine shipped from the US - £125 including shipping and taxes. 30 min job to fit, now the blower works as it should.

Does any one have a fan/heater blower resistor module for sale, my main dealer is asking £188.00 for the part & £100.00 for labour, what i think is a rip off, so, if you know of one for sale give me a shout....

I found a couple of more places that seem to have more reasonable prices for this part
2028207310 [2028207310] - £37.00 : Airflow Ltd, Air flow meter | Idle air control valve | Blower regulator
BLOWER REGULATOR - Heater Blower Regulator Mercedes C E SLK Class RI6004
Don't know anything about these people but at those prices they might be worth a go. Probably find out soon as my fan will not turn all the way off

I'm in Norfolk, although my sister lives near Aberdeen. I just searched the part number and got lucky I think. At the moment my fan won't turn all the way off but I'll wait till it breaks properly I think
