Has anyone changed the shift **** in their Crossfire? I think its just a little odd the way its shaped

 

I put in a MB burled wood shift **** to match my burled wood dash.

 

Yes, I made this one with a new boot to match my elbow pad.

I haven't changed mine, but it sure is slippery! A leather wrapped **** would give a better grip. I do kind of like it's unusual shape, though. I have the six speed, and pulling up and back to go into reverse sometimes causes my hand to slip off.

Mine is a 6 ball. I think it is fitting.

 

I know some people who should use an 8 ball, so that they can be behind it as usual.

I had one on my jeep, and on my old big rig...new designs don't allow for the fitting of the dreaded 8 ball anymore....
