Smile How to replace the side view mirror switch?

We broke off the **** used to make adjustments to the side view mirrors.

This **** sits on the console and sticks up. We were trying to carry a package inside the car with the top down and the package moved and broke off the ****.

Now we cannot adjust the mirrors from inside the car.

Does anyone know how to take the console apart so we can replace the switch?

Yes the console has to come out. Someone recently posted a good how to, of how to get the console out but I don't have the link handy. If you do a search for cup holder replacement I'm sure it will come up
