Default headliner loose above sun visors

What is the best method of reattaching loose fabric above the windshield under and next to the sun visors? Unfortunately my car is not garaged and the sun has apparently melted the glue, or whatever holds the fabric in place. Also, the passenger seat automatic controls to move up/down, forward/back do not work. Is that a simple wiring issue?

From my experience the headliner material's foam layer breaks down, not the glue itself. If you try regluing without fully stripping old foamy layer from headliner and fabric, new glue will fail. So you might just as well do it all at once.

And BTW, the up/down will NEVER work on the passenger seat as there is no motor installed for that.

Try the fuse #21, that is for the passenger side, #22 is for the drivers side.

That is how mine started. Then one day I got in my car and thought I grew some, the headliner was touching my head. My car sits in the garage and it happened. Found a place to have it fixed correctly.

Same failure mode on my 2007 Coupe. Now I have a 'droopy' headliner. Gotta get it fixed one day soon.
