Heater blower not working
Hello everyone!
I just hit a wall trying to fix my header blower fan. Main problem - heater blower fan does not work (doesn't blow air). I went through a lot of forum posts with different fixes but nothing.
I did try:
1. Use 3 different used fan resistors from mercedes (year and model matches)
2. Tested all voltages and inputs, everything matched documentation. 12v and signal voltage are correct.
3. Tried fan itself (plugged in 12v from external battery and from 12v which goes to blower resistor and worked in both cases)
4. Tried to change 2 different used fans from mercedes
5. Tried another used climate control unit itself
6. And different combinations of things.
At this point I tested everything I could find about this problem in forums, but no good.
Maybe someone has any ideas what could be wrong?
