Trip to Aspen, Co., Sat. Sept. 20 ?
Hey Guys and Gals...Excellent cruise yesterday! (minus the Teller County cops, I'll let blackberry explain that one
just remember the Crossfire Snake, heh, heh) My first visit to the Maroon Bells! Awesome! Pics soon!
I was really glad our Xfire buddy BCThomas was able to join us on this cruise since he is from the opposite side of the state than the rest of us. Thanks R.J. & Mary for compiling cell phone numbers for us in the future. I'm looking forward to a late fall cruise, snow and all maybe, if we can do it? Maybe Estes Park? PS: I still like that yellow 'vette that got trapped between all of us Crossfires when we were turning the corner over US70 in Glenwood Springs. He was Caught in the Crossfire, right?

It was a great run!! I'm so glad we had five XFs show up! It was great meeting many of you for the first time. I'd love to do another run sometime soon!
I have uploaded some of the pics from yesterday in my gallery.

We had a GREAT TIME on the trip with all of our new and old Crossfire friends. I will post the pics Mary took in my gallery sometime tonight. I will also pm everyone with all the cell phone numbers we collected.
Dave, thanks for reminding me about the Teller County Police, I had almost forgotten about their visit. I did learn a little about leading a group of Crossfires across the State of Colorado. 1st. Don't get in a hurry, enjoy the ride and watch your speed. 2nd. Enjoy the ride and watch your speed. 3rd. Watch your speed. 4th. Never be the leader. lol I truly believe that this was a good lesson and will set the tone for future trips. Thank you Teller County for having police that helped us get off on the right foot.
I hope all of you made it home safely. It looks like we have a good start to some fun times with the one thing we all have in common, Our CROSSFIRES, as Dave and Evan put it.
Stay tuned, if the weather is right we will plan something in October.
