I would say put it right into the Newport thread.

I'll be happy to start it off. I will bring two boxes of Kayem Old Time Franks and sufficient Hot Dog Rolls. That will gives us roughly 90 hot dogs. If the group thinks that's too few or too many let me know and I will adjust the amount I will bring.

Who's next?

Bob

Nichole and I will supply the paper products (plates, napkins, and Solo cups).

Unfortunately I don't think alcoholic beverages are allowed. I have attached a copy of the RI State Parks regs. I guess we will have to hit one of the bars right on the water after our park fun.

Yes, you are correct there will be NO BOOZE. We don't want to have anyone arrested or driving drunk, now do we?

As for the rain date, the 27th works well. As for the list of things to be brought, there is a running list right here right now, just look at the previous threads, I'm bringing the condiments, all the mustard and stuff like that and I'll be bringing a bunch of cole slaw. Ice will be in my cooler. We'll be rockin' with some good times. Please read the thread and follow up with what you are bringing, so far we have Paper goods and cups via DAM SRT-6, Hot dogs and buns from North, If I forgot something just add it in. As a matter of fact, when you decide what you are bringing, add it to the list. It would be a running list, and seeing as my computer is down, will make it easier for me.

Thanks Robbie, I'll add that to the list, I forgot to mention a bag of charcoal that is soooo nice. I'll bring that too, it should fill two or more fire pits.
Anyone want to bring something else, there's a whole lot of soda pop needed as well as potato salad and regular salad, chips and stuff like that. C'mon folks, times a waistin' and we're burnin' daylight.....Rick

C'mon now folks, we are going to need some more stuff, otherwise I'll send nightrider over to your house to stand naked near your pool till you give in! He already said he'd do it. He's the guy driving the silver Solstice with the chartruse scarf on. Just the scarf....

My computer was down for a day or so but is now back up and running. After $150.00. Verizon dropped the ball on me, as did Radialpoint, the server for the security suite, who made my CPU toast.
As you may well see. We really do need some more folks to chime in, this thing isn't too far off.

Trail,
What is still needed? We need a running list in the thread. Use the attendees list and beside or below their name what they are bringing. This will help everyone decide. Send a PM to everyone that hasn't spoken up yet. Not everyone is reading the forum it seems.

We still need potato chips and perhaps some cheese, potato salad, regular garden salad and soft drinks.
Absolutely no alcohol is allowed in the park.
My computer was down for a while and I just got it back at 5:00 PM yesterday so I really have not had a great deal of time to devote to this.
I have to reload all my pictuer programs and all of that so please cut me some slack.
I will get the list together that have already said that they would contribute and I will post it ASAP, I will then PM those that have not read the posts and try to get them to contribute.
Give me a little while and I'll get it done.

I will add to this list as I get more responses. We STILL have 8 people yet to respond. Only 11 days left until the cruise, the time to act is now so that we don't have things that are left up in the air. I'd really like to have this wrapped up shortly so that, come cruise day, things will fall into place. Thanks to all that have responded.
Rick

Sorry you can't make it, we had such a good time the last time we cruised. You will be missed, I hope that you can attend other events in the planning stages. Like Nightrider's Clam Bake?

Count us in! We'll bring some tuning goodies, exterior parts, and what ever else we can pack in the truck.

As for the food, I'm a huge health nut, so I'll bring some chicken breasts for the BBQ.

Not sure who's in charge of this, but could you PM me with all the details. Or call (732) 649-9597 if that's easier, anytime after 6 is usually good.

I'm up for that, as long as we can visit the Red Arrow!!! Place is a trip and the food is marvelous.
