My name is John Kalec. I bought my red, 2004 Crossfire coupe on May 20th, 2011, in Omaha, Nebraska. I currently live in the south suburbs of Chicago, and climb cellphone towers for SRU Electric. I absolutely love this car. My uncle has one, and the first time I drove it, I told him that I would own one, one day. Within a year and a half, I got my car. My only complaints are that tires don't last very long when you have fun with the car (which is true of any car), and that it doesn't accelerate fast enough (which can be remedied, and is also true of any car owner). Had some crazy times with it, as I'm sure all of you have, as well. Hit the governor a few times. I also had an MUD gas main cover get shot into the chassis of my car while I was driving 45mph down Maple Street in Omaha. Bounced off of the chassis, and into the rear, driver's side wheel. Put a hole in the tire, and absolutely destroyed the wheel. No other damage, though. Pictures to follow.

Thanks for the warm welcomes. Sounds like a plan. I didn't even really realize that there was a Crossfire community until recently. Kind of wondered, from the time I bought the car, why the Corvette guys were doing this ****, and we weren't. I guess I was wrong from the start haha.
Welcome to the forum. You will love all the cameraderie and knowledge that is being shared.
We live in Parker, Co and I am on my third crossfire. Guess that says, I just love them.
