Talking New member in N. Carolina

Hi , I just acquired a 2005 Crossfire so far it's a neat roadster , good power and gets I'm guessing around 30 plus mpg. The model I have is a convertible with a 6 speed manual transmission . I have noticed parts for these are not readily available . I'm having a hard time finding front lower control arm bushings . If you know where I can find them .please let me know . I don't want to buy the whole a arm assembly ! lol Thanks Brian

Hey , Thanks for the info . I'm just now learning about this Crossfire so it's kinda looking like it's a Mercedes in Chrysler clothing > LOL

The only thing Chrysler about it is that the design was done by Eric Stoddard who happened to work for Chrysler at the time.
The running gear is all Mercedes, the body is by Karmann, and the whole shebang was built in Germany and shipped over here.
I really don't know if Chrysler supplied the badges, but HEY !
We Don't Need No Stinkin Badges !

Look at your door sticker, "Built by Karmann in Germany..." It's an SLK32/320 as far as engine/powertrain/chassis goes. It's a "Chrysler design, built by Karmann" as far as body.

I should have mentioned in the other thread that MANY items are interchangeable with the SLK 32/320. ('32 for SRTs and 320 for N/As)

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the roadster. Now tell all these members that travel many hours to the tail of the Dragon GTG just how close you live.

"Chasing Pizza" gets good at about 3:27 - lookit me go!

Camera car is a young guy in an SRT... I always slow way down for the overlook, he didn't know that I was gonna take off after clearing what can be a very congested area.

Ya GOTTA come to the Dragon with us, since you've already been there!

Hi everyone ! I will try to make it to the Tail of the Dragon this October ,all depends on my work schedule . I live about 1 hour away from there. I've ridden my bike ( 1982 Suzuki Gs 1100 E ) several times . It's always fun to see all the neat rides that show up . OKay now back to my control arm bushing issue . Does anyone know what the part numbers for the CLk320 bushings that interchange with the right front lower control.? I've found several bushings but not sure which ones i need to order. Thanks Brian
