love my new Crossfire!!!
First, I want to offer sincere thanks to the experts who post advice here. Knowing this site is up, with the caliber of information it offers, made it a lot easier for me to pick a Crossfire, instead of another practical, drier than Cornflakes without milk Japanese car. At least once, in a lifetime of working like mad to buy practical things I can't stand to look at, I wanted a sexy two-seater that's fun to drive. Now, I've got it.
It took a while to find a coupe that was literally in new condition, but I finally found a 2008 with only 4700 miles on it, at a dealership in New Hampshire. Thanks, too, to the previous owner, who kept it out of the snow. Now, I am a very happy gal, and the new car loves feeling hot Florida tar under its wheels. It's not an SRT, but I see tickets, perhaps a few rounds of traffic school, in our future. At least they will pass quickly (especially from a dead stop).
I hope at some point to have something practical and helpful to share. We picked up the shop repair manuals, and you can bet that any repairs the hubby does will be shared here. In the mean time, I can post a link to the perfect sunshield I bought (custom made) for the car. It's a quality build, and it perfectly fits the car. See

Thanks again for your advice, and your welcome.

Mark, we don't have mountains to run every weekend so we get together and drive some flat roads that have some curves and we can open them up...
