Thank you all in advance for an informative and entertaining forum.
No Crossfire yet, but hopefully soon.

Thank you gents.
My background consists of industrial instrumentation and controls, and I hope this experience will help troubleshoot and repair some of the problems that come up. Of course this forum is gold in this respect as well!!
My Car history includes mostly vintage british, so getting a Crossfire should be culture shock, in a good way. Thank you again.

Hi John, Welcome. My son lives in S.R. as well as a friend w/ SRT6, so maybe I'll see you driving around. But I'll need to know what I'm looking for (N/A, SRT6, color, etc.).

Well, the deal went thru today on my xf, pretty excited about it!!! I'm traveling to pick it up and then drive home. Its an 05 base coupe painted a sort of dark burgundy. I bought it for its low mileage (15k).

That would be great!! I'm heading to Tucson in two weeks to drive it back to SR. (Now there's a quick way to become familiar with your new car...)
My brother lives in Sonora, we often pass near you on hwy 12.
I'll post pictures once I'm safely home.

I hope so. It's been shown on the forum before.. "base in burgundy", a while back. Such a sideways step from my last sports car ('74 TR-6).
