The Mass dealer said he could give it to me for $12,900.00.

 

12,900 without doc. fees I hope and no add on bs.Check it out for rust under door seals on the bottom of the doors and the other usual places. What kind of tires are on it (you said they are new), summer or all season? Did they do an inspection prior to placing it on the lot? Any service records with it?

 

$12,900 plus $199.00 for doc fee plus State tax for Mass car.
Tires are Kumho Ecsta.
NY dealer didn't want to budge from $15,400.00 for car out the door with no warranty.

 

flaking off is more than likely the clear coat. that deal sounds better...
