Default Thanks for a great Forum Guys!

Been lurking around here for a few months and I decided I'm finally going to add a Crossfire to my fleet. But I don't know which model or year to go with. There is quite a few here in the Atlanta area.

My question is:

If you guys were going to get another or different Crossfire which model and year would you go for.

Thanks in Advance!

Mike

Year ? Makes no difference, mileage is king.
Model ? In order of MY preference :
SRT6 Roadster
Limited Roadster
Base Roadster
SRT6 Coupe
Limited Coupe

Forget the NA models, go for a low mileage SRT, roadster or coupe.
The others are fine but a 100 hp more is invigorating even if you cannot use it.

If you aren't going to use it, why would you want the extra issues like leaking spoilers, SC pulley problems, leaking intercoolers, I/C pump failures and lower overall mileage ?

If you have an NA you'll feel like the big boys are kicking sand in your face.
Seriously why not, who gives a monkeys *** about gas mileage, while we got gas I'm going to burn it. I have heard from a high source that there is no global warning, it is all a hoax.
NA's leak in the same position under the spoiler plate as the SRT, not under the spoiler mounts but that is an easy fix.
Remember that you cannot beat horse power, gets you into and out of trouble, you just have to know when to use it or not.
When I was at Woodward once we all went out to eat, I was in Rudys SRT, we pulled onto a freeway and they all put their foot down, we were at the back for a few seconds and then whipped by them. I thought I just have to have one of these and I got one the next year.

Well, guess I'm SOOL then since there was never a RED SRT6 Roadster.
Guess I better have a V8 conversion done when I win the lottery.
Or ..... I could always get one of them turbo things like DJ has

06 Machine Grey Roadster.. somewhat "rare" color.. and your past Chryslers claimed rear window issue.. LOL

Fun and games of the horsepower.. well speed limit is still 75 here.. and I can still get a ticket anytime I'm ready in my NA's.. with no concern for exploding pulley or leaking cooler or bad pump..

Power,More Power,You never have enough Power. It's really not complicated changing out a innercooler or pump. Labor would be expensive. So take your time and do it yourself under the shade tree. Squirrel Crusher

I have a limited roadster and an SRT6 coupe. Love them both but, if I was buying another it would have to be an SRT6 roadster. Seems like best of both worlds to me.

If you take your time and do the right engine mods on the SRT6 you can WHIP around just about anybody.

This thread is a riot! I kind of get it, but no amount of sand will keep us from enjoying the he!! out of our Roadster. Was that hoax about "global warning" a play on words? Folks like the Koch Brother$$ are surely celebrating the "high source" now.
