Greetings, Three weeks ago I bought a 2004 six speed with 22,000 miles on it in NH from of family friend and drove it back to Texas! First, a big thank you to all who keep this forum running and who have posted the How-To posts and YouTube videos. They are priceless! Before driving back home, I was sure to pick up replacement camshaft and crankshaft sensors. Already, I have moved the guts of a key FOB to a new case from Ebay and reprogrammed the locking mode on both FOBs. I was surprised how slick the shifter was, so before leaving NH I stopped at a bicycle shop and bummed a piece of two inch diameter inner tube from their shop trash can. I cut it to about three inches long and slid it over the shifter. The grip was much improved. Looking forward to being a member and possibly meeting other owners in the San Antonio/Austin area. Have a happy 4th of July, Alan
