New owner of 05 SRT roadster
Hello everyone. I am a new owner of a 05 SRT roadster with 115,000 miles. It was passed down from a relative that could not drive it anymore. It was on the west coast so I flew out to get ti. Before the drive back to the DC area. I did this maintenance:
Full tune up with plugs, wires, and coils.
New belt and pulleys (the belt had slipped off just before I got there)
Oil change
New k&n air filter
Cabin filter
New RCM
Purchased the crankshaft and cam shaft sensors but didn’t install
New fog lamp bulbs
Refinished the yellowing headlights
The drive to the east coast was uneventful from the car’s perspective but it was beautiful.
After returning home I addressed these issues
New top ordered and scheduled for install locally
Replaced one front fender liner
Replaced one jack pad (both had taken a hit from a large pothole)
Replace the stereo with a plug and play cheap Boss unit
New rear tires
Remaining issues
The transmission has two probable small leaks. Took it to a local European car shop that we use. Leaks from the breather valve and pump seal? I am waiting on the detailed write up. Work on trans is where I draw the line for me.
Drivers heated seat not working but I will not repair it
Speakers all around need to be replaced
I think the seat relay needs replacing.
Questions:
It looks like the door card clips tend to need replacing then you remove the door card. What are those parts numbers so I can have them on hand when I replace the door speakers.
Are these any aftermarket subs that work well without a ton of mods?
The crossfire will be a daily driver on a shortish commute.
Thanks in advance for the help!

You might be able to get the clips from ebay, amazon, etc... or a Mercedes dealer. Tell them it's for a 2003 SLK 320.
