Default Hello - Inherited SRT6

Hello everyone. My name is Erik and I am the owner of a black, 2005 Crossfire SRT-6 I inherited from my late father, a vet who passed away from stage 4 lung cancer in January of 2022. I'll start with a little bit of the backstory.
About six months prior to his passing, following a severe heart attack in the Summer of 2021, he purchased the Crossfire for $12,000 and had it shipped to Minnesota from Tennessee I believe. There was only one very bent working
key at the time. Following his passing six months later, my family had offered for me to take the car so I had it shipped to California, where I had relocated to from Minnesota about three years prior. Given California's emission laws
and what I found to be onerous DMV encounters, I've been unable to transfer the title in my name from my mother, who in turn had the titled transferred to her in MN following his passing (long story). This was due to expiration of the smog testing
I had performed and before the last key broke (more below). I have the title in hand.

Through Kelly Blue Book, I was set to sell the car for $9,000 in 2022 but ironically on the way to the dealer, the last remaining bent key broke off into the ignition. They were going to handle the title issue with it being in my mom's name too with their DMV person.
Thereafter, we had it towed to another dealership to order a replacement key. Unfortunately, after waiting almost two years, I was informed a plant either abroad or domestically involved in the manufacturing of the replacement key burned down and so a replacement
key is no longer an option. I looked into Needswings, however, I have been quoted by multiple places that it will cost $1,400 to remove the parts to send in to Needswings for a Skreem reset to produce a replacement key, which is another $350 (Needswings) and I'm concerned it may not even work.
I could have the car towed for $300 and attempt to save on the $1,400 (dismantling the parts myself), however, I don't have the wherewithal, know-how or time to make it economical (especially considering money gofar in the Bay area) to do that myself.

It's in good shape, had repairs, 70K miles but hasn't been started in almost two years and is sitting in a dealer lot. They are probing make some low offers if I want to leave it there, but I hope to get some advice from other enthusiasts in my subsequent posts of how to proceed or maybe if there's any interest.
At this point, I'm just looking to offload as soon as possible for a fraction of what I would've got as this has been too much to deal with in my specific situation. It's a great car and I hope to see it end up somewhere where it's fully appreciated. Pictures below while it was in MN in the fall of 2021. The plates in the
picture are old. The current plates show AD0MV (ham radio sign) and with added vet logos.

I am sorry about the passing of your father. May he rest in peace.
Ronman is correct, you should try to get in touch with the MSS. If anyone can help you out as far as location, it would be them.
