Lambo doors might be a bit much, their very tricky. I think a body shop might be better for that. But bring them and lets take a look!

As far as tools, I have everything you may need, but feel free to bring what you have. With lots of people we may not have enough for everyone to have the same tool at once.
Oil leak fixed in no time at Koon's in Tysons Corner. The service order states that they replaced the "connector guide bushing." Parts were a "plug adaptor" and "auto transmission fluid." Total for parts was $42 and labor was $34; total $76 paid by factory warranty (and I have more than 53K miles). I'm very pleased with the service from this dealer.
Looks like I'm back on the road so I am really planning on meeting up with everyone in So. MD.

I just want to chime in and thank Jeff and his crew of mechanics that serviced our xfires at the GTG today. I met some new members and saw some I already knew but I just want to thank you and your staff for the great services you offered all of us Thanks again, Pat aka Iamfink2
i second what pat said, jeff you have one bad *** ride over there and i cant wait to see it in action, oh and could you adopt me? lol the only other thing i came to realize while i was there was that i wished i was in high school again lol. thanks alot man!
I have to say that Jeff and his crew could not have been more hospitable to the folks who showed up for the meet - an extremely friendly group of guys! Jeff opened up his shop, the soda machine, etc., and gave us the run of the place. The work they did on all of the XF's was first rate and Jeff wouldn't take a dime from anyone except for a few parts that he ordered on the spot and they were delivered within a few minutes from his local parts distributor. On my XF, they got rid of an annoying sound coming from the right front wheel (lose wheel bearing) and checked the car from top to bottom. At one point, someone complained that the driver's side dome light was not as bright as the passenger side and a number of us had the same thing (I thought it was normal). One of his mechanics took apart the dome light and found that one of the contacts was slightly corroded (about the size of a pinhead). Before you knew it, 2 or 3 of us were all taking apart our dome lights and making the repair. The highlight for me and my 17 year old daughter (who loves the XF) was Jeff's XF SRT. Talk about a beast - new pulleys, NOS, customized engine electronics, a small touchscreen to run the whole system, switches installed on the console that looked better than factory, and everything done to absolute perfection! Running more than 500 horses, too! I have never had so much fun going to a garage. My thanks to Jeff and all the fine folks at LDG Automotive!

Your welcome everyone, I enjoyed it as much as anyone else. And I plan to do it again in a month or two, so collect up your parts, and we'll meet soon. Plus I'll be running on the track in about three weeks, I'll keep ya posted. Jeff
