They are calling for it to be HOT asa ll get out tomorrow, and a severe T storm in tha afternoon, probably not the best day for a car show. I am not going to be at the BBQ next week, but maybe I will make it up to the Bruster's show on 610 (Saturday nights) eithther this week or next. Especially if tomorrow night is a bust.
I am glad I din't try driving all the way to F'burg last night. We had BAD storms around here. Scott, if you can get a few more XFs together some Friday let me know I will try to make it. My Friday nights are usually free.

If anyone wants to make the short drive to Orange this Saturday evening, Scottw60 & I plan to be there for their monthly cruise-in. It runs from 5-9 at Burger King on 15 N. There are usually between 100 & 200 cars there, but I have never seen another Crossfire besides mine.
C'mon folks it is a short drive from thew Fred area to Orange. I was there last month, and it is worth traveling to. Wilth luck and my wife willing, I will have her PT Cruiser there too.
Greetings!
A few months back Scottw60 left a note on my windshield in the Wal-Mart parking lot. I don't actually live in F'burg, but not far away. I actually live in Locust Grove. I have an 05 Aero Blue Crossfire that has the SRT 6 engine in it. I have only owned it for a a little over a year now and am only the second owner of it. I love it.
I am looking to have a new radio put in it though. Any suggestions on where I should go for this?
Thanks,

Welcome to our forum, I was wondering where that note went? - LOL
Please register you car here:

I have no suggestions for a radio, but I am sure that others do in the proper forum.
And again welcome, I look forward to meeting you.

i finally made it to BK on Saturday night (21st) for the first time and didn't see one crossfire. there were a few nice cars there and seems to be quite popular. Is next month the last show for the year?
My car has been in the garage since September. Yes the first show was last week at the BBQ. I am not going to be able to make many of them because of my new job. I will try to post here when I will be there.
There is a red N/a Coup that I saw every day at the VRE station in tow in the city lot (next to the station). I am no longer taking the train so I will have little or no chance to meet the owner. That car is there for the first train going in and the last tring going home, so the dude (or gal) is working some redicuoulus hours.
There is also an Aero Roadster (like mine, but stock wheels) that parks in front of Hyperion every day (almost) and there is a Lotus that is usually there with him.
The other XF (SSB Roadster) that I used to see every day last year at the VRE statin in the HCP lot is no longer there, I have not looked in the other lots for it though. I cannot imagine anyone being to Handicapped and getting in and out of these cars let alone driving one.
No other new sightings except for Airscape, I see once in a while around town. We have enough cars in to to have a GTG, let's hear some suggestions!!!!
Brewsters is probably the best bet for me this summer unless my hours change, and I don't see that happening at this time, and the I will not be able to make that show when I have to work on Saturdays. I would like to make it to the Orage show, but they only have it once a month, makes it more special I guess. I probably will make to the Holy Donut show in Burtonsville Md, as I can go to work after the show, not sure if that has started yet.

Not much to report lately. I have been wanting to do a bunch of things but been putting the cash into payments still (will be all mine at the end of the month!)
Just hit 55555 on the way home today, still running and feeling great although I am due for a double wrench in 1000 miles. Ordered a new steering stabilizer and will be picking up some mobile 1 before I bring it in. Will let you know how it goes, I replaced the damper myself last time but figure they can take care of it while they have it lifted.
Other than that, done with the bulk of my console conversion, just need a find a lighter from a base model and figure out how to replace the airbag light with the square mb one that is black.

Think wheels have moved to the top of the mod list for now, not happy with either of my stock sets. Depending on what I end up with I'll prob have some 90% tread 19" PS2s up for grabs let me know if there is any local interest. Think I paid 430ish a piece for them new. Fronts are old and worn 50%ish don't think many would want em.
Lastly i guess i need to pull out the porter cable and give it a good cleaning one of these weekends, collected some swirls over the winter. As soon as I'm done the porter will be free for a few months if anyone wants to borrow it, does an amazing job on all kinds if swirls and scratches.
