I spoke to my 1st & 2nd commanding organizer and informed them as far as the time of year that's best for Xfire GTGs. All things considered the event would be a awesome idea. When I told them about our Xfire GTG and showed them the pix they were very impressed.

Alrighty then!!!! I am looking forward to the cards but more so to the new year. Our club will grow immensely! I can feel it! Hope all enjoyed the turkey day! If anybody wants to just get together for some holiday cheer before the weather changes; just say when and where!

Also, maryland mopars is having an informal GTG this saturday at marley station mall. Honestly the club is on its last leg, and i planned this GTG to see if it was worth saving the club. the GTG is planned for 3pm, so if you want to come out, that would be cool, if not equally as cool.

Would love to to a GTG with the maryland mopars this weekend but the family is off on our annual Christmas tree cutting mission. As far as the Impala group, sounds good to me. Just depends on when in January. My first 3 weekends are already booked but that could change.
Looking forward to getting the magnets and the cards. Nice Christmas Gift!

Hello everybody - one more shot at Burtonsville (12/04) this weekend before it gets cold. I haven't seen a Crossfire there since Jim left! It would be good to see you guys. I'll be there as usual between 8:45 and 9:00 am.

Good to see you still visit occasionally. I'd love to head out for Burtonsville tomorrow but not likely going to make it. Too much to do...................but maybe I'll get a wild hair in the morning and head over.

Pretty sure everyone already got this information via email, but this is from the CICCI forum.
Fellow CICCI members,
The BoD would like to announce a new exciting program that we would like to offer to all of our members. We are looking to set up regional groups to further promote the Crossfire and events associated with the Crossfire.
To set up a regional group, CICCI requests that you submit a logo design that reflects/displays your regional group and the Crossfire. We are here to assist you in designing regional club logos if help is needed.
CICCI requests that each regional group have at least one spokesperson or representative for the group. This representative is requested to compile and submit a list of owners that participate in the region’s activities at least twice a year. CICCI also requests that a majority of the regional group members be part of CICCI.
Once a regional group has been established, CICCI will sponsor the group in several ways:
- 100 stickers with the regional group's logo will be made available and sent out to the regional group's respresentative.
- A banner will be created for the group with the regional group's logo and CICCI logo which can be used for regional group events such as driving events, car shows, or other events.
- For 2012, CICCI will give $100 per regional group that can be used for group events
- CICCI will also set up a message board on the CICCI forum website for the regional group.

I received the cards and magnets too. They look great. Thanks. Only a few recent occassions with Crossfire sitings................all on the road with no chance to drop a card to someone yet. Now that winter is upon us, more of them are being put away so it may not be until spring when there may be more opportunity to spread the word.
