Cruize To Ocean City???
How many folks are up for a Cruize to Ocean City, MD sometime in January or February??
We would go on a Staurday, walk SOME of the Boardwalk, have some FRIES and Cruize back the same day.
Obviously on a Sunny NON-SNOW day!!
Let me know and I will set it up.

Since you and I are the first....................
What do you think about Saturday the 8th of January...........there is nothing scheduled in OC that weekend.
OR the 12th of February??
The Rod and Custom Car Show will be the OC event!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is a three day event, but we would go only the one day and return.

I can't do the 8th....I'm already double booked that day. Feb 12th sounds good............maybe I can work a V-Day surprise in there too.

Further thought on the 12th of February...........with the car show going on, parking MAY BE a bear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On the 22d of January there is nothing special scheduled so it should be relatively quiet. That way we should be able to park together, have the run of the place and we still have sufficient time to get the word out.
Lets do the XFi OCEAN CITY CROSS-UP on the 22d of January, OK??!!
Let me know if that will work for you and we will start passing the word.
ALSO, anyone else reading this thread can give their opinion HERE on that date for a single day run to the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

Thrashers would be the best thing for me right now. Bad thing is I live in kansas and thats a hell of a drive LOL Well maybe some day me and the wife can take another trip out and meet up with you all.

January is out for me. February could be possible. I know it's several months away, but my wife and I have gone to the car show in OC in October the last 3 years. It's an open car show and anyone can register and be a part of it. We've always had a terrific time. Anyone interested?
We'll catch the next one, I guess.

OK BUT you guys gotta promise me that some of you will drive up for the 100 Mile Hudson Valley Bridge Tour in the spring! We tried to get the "Bear Mountain Crossup" going but it wasn't a good time for anyone.

Oh yeah how is Ocean City in the winter anyway...? Isn't it going to be absolutely dead? All the shore towns here in New Jersey are DEAD during the winter.

You're right, there won't be a lot happening. But sometimes that's a really good thing. I've gone down in the winter before and it's always been a pleasure because you don't have to worry about all the crowds. Is January 22nd the firm date? I'm still not sure if my wife and I can make that. Really looking forward to taking our first cruise with other XFire owners.
