There was a good turnout for this Cruise this morning despite a very persistent rain.
They met at the Bob Evans in Bowie MD for breakfast. As I live about 15 minutes away, I drove down, said hello to the gang, took some not-very-professional pix of their cars in the lot, and posted them in my gallery...including one of the group around the breakfast table.
Take a look.

We had a great day and you "WOOSES" should have come with us.
Needless to say it was a rainy morning at Bob Evans, but we had a Hearty Group show in their "NOW DIRTY WET BABIES" after spending hours getting them all shined up for the event.
OH Well...............they have been dirty and wet before.................
Breakfast was very good and when Kusheen showed up with his LOTUS, some of us weathered the storm and went outside to check it out. Gotta ride it that full bodied "Go-Cart". Car is truly a "STREET RACER"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After breakfast we started our trip to Ocean City, Maryland.
The rain stopped and we stopped at a roadside park for a few pics, not knowing if this was going to be the first or the ONLY opportunity we will have.
Once we arrived at OC we were greeted with a parking lot 1/4 their normal size. The other 3/4 was committed to tents for next weekends celebrations.
We had our Briefing, Set a meeting time, Ate our Fries, Walked the Boardwalk, Shopped for "STUFF" and Met for the next leg of the trip.
Next stop was DOVER DOWNS Raceway and Slots in Dover Delaware.
We drove up the coast to reach our next stop.
Once we reached the Casino we were REALLY separated this time with the parking so spread out.
But,.......... Some Folks won and Some Folks lost at the slots and since it was REALLY RAINING..........we took no pictures.
From there we stopped at TGIFridays for dinner. The food was really good - or we were really hungry - OR BOTH!!!!!!
After dinner we said our goodbyes and some headed South, some headed West!!
Great day with great folks in great cars.
You should have been there!!!!!
We added 395 miles to REDCROSS' clock.............and there were many more added to those folks that traveled so far just to get to the "START POINT"!!!!!!
Chris and I send our thanks to those that "Weathered the Storm" and came to join us.
DON'T FORGET THE MOUNTAIN RUN NEXT MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here are a few pics to enjoy............................

I had a great time at the "cruize to Ocean City" met a lot of new friends and saw some nice crossfires and I even won some money at Dover Downs. I,m looking forward to the next hookup though I don't think I can make the Bear Mountain trip due to work but don't be surprised if I just show up like I did for the Ocean City hookup. See you at the next one. By the way J.D. my name is Pat AKA iamfink2, I don't think you're getting old probably just a senior moment. LOL

Sieg & I had a great time as well, everyone! It was great meeting everyone and seeing all the other Crossfires. I certainly hope we can make other events and meet other proud Crossfire owners. Hopefully we'll have a bit more sunshine next time!
Great cruise, J.D.!

Hi Guys......We had a great time this weekend. You are a lot of fun to be with and just love those cars. Am looking forward to seeing you May 15th at the Sheraton in New Jersey for the Hudson Run. Will post pictures of this run in my gallery.
Only put 682 miles on the Crossfire. Would have been more but took the ferry from Delaware to New Jersey.
Looking forward to seeing you soon....
Toby and Alan

Glad everyone had a good time!!
I did leave out a little bit of information.................................
From my Custom Van Convoy Days (60s & 70s)................we always drove @ the speed limit so those "Less Fortunate"
were able to come up beside us and "OOO" "and AAHH" at our tricked out Vans.
Anyway I led the pack SLOWER(as I normally do) than desired speed................
up to one little, teensie, bitty ..................
BURST TO 140MPH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gunner saw 135MPH and Dave and a couple of others saw 110MPH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just thought I would just throw that out for all to see..............................
We have been lucky to have an opportunity to do that three digit burst at almost every "Cross-Up" we have had so far!!
