Cleaning my first car
You really think someone as close as 80 miles has wax? I meant to respond to the detailing for money comment above. I would absolutely love to do that, I really can't think of anything I would rather do for some side cash.
Unfortunately, there is about zero market for detailing around here.
Especially to make it cost efficient, I could probably get a few dollars, but if I made the prices high enough to be profitable, no one would be interested.
But on the off chance I could get some work.....
What's a reasonable price for someone like me (not a pro, but I know what I'm doing) to charge for say, a basic wash and wax job? I want to start polishing, but I need to practice on my car and maybe a friends before I start doing it for money. I'm sure if I put a flyer or two up I might could get some rich frat kids to pay me to clean their bmw.
Just have to figure out what to charge...
