Default Volvo S40 T5

Hey guys. I thought I'd let you all know that I'm not interested in the Crossfire that much any longer. I owed you all that much.

I've always liked Volvo's style and ethic, and with their new S40 T5 coming in at the bottom of my price range and featuring everything I'm wanting it looks like that may be the next car.

Thanks for all the fun times and great info.

Check out the Volvo at http://www.allnews40.com

a 4 door Volvo... you can be in the next Trick Daddy song lol j/k James!

I really enjoyed the look of this car! More styling then the BMW's of its shape... and I really think Volvo makes a great car! on top of that... a 5banger?!!?? I'm ignorant about cars some times... but I've never heard of this idea... im sure there is a good reason for it! and that means its cool IMO

It's too bad though James... no matter how much I hate you ... I think you would have liked the Xfire! Did you ever get to test drive it?

Save up a little more money, and wait for the S40R. THAT is a hot car.

Volvo likes the Inline 5 Cylinder because it's safer than a V oriented arrangement. Smaller, more crinckle room and it won't ram into the compartment. Atleast I believe that is their reasoning.

Yes, I did get to the testdrive the Crossfire. It was fun. But I've lost the love for the exterior design and am wanting something a little more traditional but angular at the same time.

I found the S40 T5 and it struck me as fun but practical.

MightyJLR, I don't think the S40R will be released within the next 5 years. Volvo just put out their S60R, there's not much room in their catalogue to add the S40R right away. Maybe by the time I'm ready to go to the dealership with my checkbook in hand, then it might be out. But I'll probably still stick with just the T5. Speed isn't everything, I don't need much of it.

It looks like the old Vauxhall (Opel) Vectra from the back, YUCK!!

All you need now is a dog guard and a dog in the boot. ;-)
