Thanks to my younger son, I got to drive an Audi R8 at Harris Hill Raceway yesterday. The instructor was a fellow autocrosser with Texas Spokes. On the last of three laps, we hit 110 on the 900 feet straight. The Audi was impressive. Last week, I drove my NA Crossfire there (85-90 was my top speed on the same straight). Cornering with the Audi was impressive. If you have a chance to experience Xtreme Xperience (they travel to race courses all over the US), do so. I highly recommend it.

+1 on the recomendation. I have been to the Exotic Driving Experience at the Charlotte Motor Speedway twice and will go again this year. They have a stable of supercars that they bring to locations across the US. I have driven a 911 S and a 458 Itialia and really enjoyed both cars but the 458 was off the charts fun.
