I drive a 2015 Dodge Dart & just got some new black steel rims off car ID after the rim change I immediately started getting a hum/thumping sounds at low speeds & turns too, the thump is similar to a train sound tug that helps. The dealer said it could be my brakes or control arm but it doesn’t make sense how it started right after I change my rims🤦🏾‍♂️What do you guys think?..also they put the same tires from my last rims on the new ones too
