Given that an F150 sells for $59K to $70K this sounds too good to be true. Maybe it is.
That said, for a starter truck for my 16-year-old, maybe better than a cheap beater I'll have to rescue a 2:00 AM in winter.

By the time you add a heater, AC, rear brakes, seats, and engine, it will cost as much as a new old beater.

It's pretty common now for dealerships to add a 'MARKET ADJUSTMENT' onto the window sticker. I bet that happens more often than not with the Maverick.
