Enzo Crashes / Driver Disappears
yeah if geraldo gets to him first, his angle and tact is to squeeze out ever drop from a story... even if it means breaking his own nose...
never thought i would say this... GO GET EM GERALDO!!!
NEWS AT ELEVEN:
It seems that Stephan Ericsson has a bit of an issue with his wife now, she was pulled over in Beverly Hills driving the illusive Mercedes SLR. The car had euro plates and no US registration and was reported stolen by Scotland Yard. Funny video of them towing the car away, and the wife on the cell phone with a baby in her arms calling hubby, all shot by some young kid who was on the street...
Only in LA !

I love it when we can eventually learn the story behind the story.
For those who followed the "Enzo Crash" ...here's the latest lurid and probably too common story of what was going on with the Enzo Crash test dummy(ies).

Here's an update to this bizarre story I found on Jalopnik:
Swedish mafia dön (sorry, businessman) and driver of the infamous Brokeback Enzo, Stefan Eriksson has rejected a plea deal that would have ended trial proceedings for the string of charges he faces. Accepting the deal would have meant pleading "no contest" to four counts, in exchange for a two year, four month sentence and $25,000 fine. Eriksson would also have had to admit to a pattern of related felony conduct including taking, damaging and destroying something of value in excess of $1 million, alleged conduct related to fraud and embezzlement in excess of $500,000, and racketeering while Swedish, a little-used statute stemming from the famous Herring Connection case of the 1970s. Now, Eriksson faces 11 years in jail for two counts of theft, two counts of embezzlement and two counts related to driving under the influence. Oddly enough, charges related to the $1 million Ferrari returned in pieces to the UK financial institution that's its rightful owner are apparently no longer an issue; according to Eriksson's attorney, the bank isn't coming to LA to plead its case. Yeah, no justice. [Thanks to Nick for the tip.] – Mike Spinelli
"Ferrari Guy" Counts Dropped by Two; Plea Deal Rejected by Stefan Eriksson; Parkman at it Again. [WSFA-TV (AL)]
