Terry I think you may have missed your calling. I hate to admit it, but that doesn't look half bad. I always thought the Crossfire's front fender "flair line" sort of mimic the AMX's rear 1/4 panel wheel flair. And Fritz's beautiful wheels just completes the picture.
As for an engine swap, Pat must know me too well. Because if my Mercedes V6 ever gives me any serious grief (when my car's out of warranty) an "American" aluminum V8 may just find it's way under my Crossfires "scooped" hood. (And Rick, you can have the first ride). As for your question about the rear 1/4 panel AMX emblem, it looks like Jim (AMX397) has it covered.https://www.crossfireforum.org/galle...hp?photo=27057

Hey, I just noticed, it looks like they used the AMX's rear 1/4 side window on the Crossfire. Only it's laying on its side.

Did you ever notice how much the Crossfires Concept resembles the production Crossfire?
