The front tires should be much wider than the rears as this is a front wheel drive car with a considerable amount of power.

Most BTCC Touring Cars do the same.

For some reason, the "2000" moniker is used when applied to lower tier racing circuits. Super 2000 is one, but one much more common in the states is F2000, which you may have heard of if you follow Indy Racing. F2000 is a bit like Formula Ford racing in Europe - a stepping stone towards the premier leagues. In the US, this would be IRL. In Europe, it would be F1.

Wow, what a good looking car!

Haha. The front tires being bigger than the rears, while maybe a good thing for performance, looks WEIRD.

A ricer.

A person who makes unecessary modifications to their most often import car (hence the term "rice") to make it (mostly make it look) faster. The most common modifications are (but not limited to):

- Huge exhaust that serves no purpose but to make the car louder
- Large spoiler on the back that looks like something Boeing made for the 747
- Lots of after-market company stickers they don't have parts from, but must be cool
- Expensive rims that usually cost more than the car itself*
- Bodykit to make the car appear lower, usually accented with chicken wire
- Clear tail lights and corner signals
- A "performace intake"- a tube that feeds cold air to their engine usually located in areas of excessive heat (behind or on top of the engine)

Either this or no-name wheels from China that are just as heavy as the stock wheels. But not everyone has the budget for forged 2-piece(or 3-piece).

You forgot the streetglow neons in the ricer example. I remember when I went to auto tech school there was a kid that had one of the boxy, old school Fiestas, but he put a rotary motor in it. Sounded nasty as hell, like it was about to blow up, but surprisingly, I think it'd beat a N/A Xfire, and an SRT would win, but would be a close race...
