Default Rear Chrysler Emblem - Wing

Seems someone was looking for one? Or was that strictly carbon fiber? Memory goes first right? LOL..

Anyways this popped up on Ebay today..

2004-2008 chrysler crossfire oem emblem rear | eBay

Hmm.. wonder what it would cost to hydro dip it a carbon fiber.. just a thought and an option...

Thanks, I was the one looking for a CF one to match the front CF that is coming with my hood... I had reservations about CF wrap or hydro dip as I don't know how different it would look... and maybe I'm just being silly but I would love "real" CF as much as possible... More to the point that I don't want to have so much "fake" CF on my car that people start thinking the hood is "fake" too... or am I just being too dramatic?

I doubt you are going to find a true carbon fiber rear.. When you get your front one in, might take some good pictures of it and email some of the hydro places.. see what they say about how close it will match up? Or if you know of a good custom painter in your area.. otherwise I'd say you stuck with OEM..

Yeah Med seems to be the only one bothering with true carbon fiber and he doesn't have an interest in making a rear emblem and I don't blame him seeing the hassles he's been through.. good idea about trying to find a good match...

my other options are get a new front stock chrome emblem (mine is broken) or just have both the front CF and rear OEM painted a different color... decisions decisions

$209 for the OEM front emblem completely stock? ouch... though when I asked the car dealer about fixing it before I bought the car and he said he contacted Chrysler and they said it'd be about the same price as a new hood... so maybe that's not surprising...

I've found a couple of the front for around $100 but I'm going to wait to see how I like the CF version

I used the broken front emblem as an excuse to get a carbon fiber hood... In my head, I just subtracted the $200-$300 for the emblem from the cost of the CF hood and told myself it was a great deal!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but your hood is not technically 'real' CF either, it is simply an overlay on fiberglass. I am getting ready to sell my hydrographic windshield surround because it does not match the hood well enough. I would go with something that does not stick out, or clash, like flat black, but that is just my opinion...
