You might be a bit high on the price .....
$66 for the starter and belt from Rockauto. The paper filters are worthless, especially Fram.

I can CONFIRM FRAM filters are JUNK. They pretty much disintegrate in the car when changed at 1 year (less than 7000 miles hell not even 3000 miles)!

Yes, I did notice. Figured because of low demand or costs too much to refurb ( shipping to China/Malaysia and back )

Probably not. If it's a new part that's needed, China just makes an inferior one for that.
