i would say a higher quality shift **** that offers more weight as a counter weight would be the best modification available right now... that and plenty practice... i've driven cars with 4 times the power (few 700 hp drag cars) that are easier to shift than my stock Xf...

Haha, yeah I know when I first got mine, I found it really weird to shift.
3 months later I got this thing down, just have to memorize where the revs are at for each gear at all speeds. It takes awhile but you get used to it, Now I kinda like the slow throttle, because it allows me to just jab the throttle quickly with my foot and it always seems like it knows what rpm to go too.

Like I said earlier, if your doing the wet NOS (Fuel &Nitrous) don't spray before the 90* intake fitting. Spray after the Throttle body...
I'm injecting it after the air sensor in the throttle body. I will post a close up picture in my web site in the next couple of days it will be on page two or so.

Sure I got 4 Nos pictures on my site so far:

And the dyno on the pulley kit is here:

I got to dig up some more dynos. In fact, if anyone got some of the dynos that I don't have yet (Upsolute etc), send then to me and I want to make a page on performance, I think that would be cool!

OK, I created a Page on performance its under construction but go here:

The clutch reminds me of a VW clutch, over half of the travel and nothing engages. Plus its so damn light you can't feel it. One of the worst clutch feels I have ever experienced.

If the XF had a feel of say my old SRT-4, I am certain I would be able to pull a 14.5 - 14.6 @ 93 mph.

But I am never taking that car there again. It just too much a PITA. It sux to drive fast.

Well... I have an 2005 XRT and a standard 2004 6 speed and love them both. I love my 2004 and like the control better than my 2005 "shift-auto". But I have to agree that the clutch assembly sucks. I actually had to replace mine after racing about... It cost me $2k for the entire assembly at my local dealer. I would like to hear more about your experiences, and suggested improvements. I think this is the one (the 2004) that I am going to keep of the two.

Hi, this is a hard one because I love my xfire '04 limited but I always want it to go faster and turn more heads. I think I would keep the SRT6 and pimp it out. In fact I got the vertical doors in yesterday but it will cost me 2K to install it because I don't have a good shop around here. What do you think pay the cash or e-bay the v-door kit?

I agree. For that kind of money, you can do much more with other mods.

i want to see other pics than the ones on the site because they arent too clear on where it is spraying, i am concerned on where to put my nozzle to spray and i would like to see a pic of where it should be so i can go off that, it is not good to go on the 90 degree elbow. also paul on your site it says you run upsolute chip correct, so you are running that and spraying? not a good idea because of advanced timing to spray with the chip
