Thumbs up n/a put it on a s2000 tonight

hey guys local 03 s2000 called me out tonight basically so i gave him some not once not twice , three, no four, no five times, i don't think he could believe it, and had my heavy a#$ 20's on, i have needswings intake, and magnaflow cat back only on the car at the time of this. pulleys are not installed and i was not spraying. we went from a dig 3 times and i put about 2 to 2 and half cars on him by 130, from roll and same answer just pulled on him whole time. good kill for the n/a close to stock, he has just intake. both are convertibles with tops up and both with a passenger.

It means non aspirated. Not even sure if I spelled that right because I only learned it myself recently. Basically, as I undertand it, most cars are n/a, unless they are like turbo or bionic or predator.

No, it means Normally Aspirated, as in there is no assistance towards increasing the amount of air flowing through the intake manifold.

ive always been told naturally aspirated, but anyway, yeah at first i was a little hesitant i have heard they are decent, and i pulled on him the whole time, from the launch till i let off at 130. from a dead stop and from a roll every time. i have a 6spd, if that matters, and i launched pretty hard on him, prolly jumped out on him about a half a car then just pulled.

You've got to beat the living snot out of an S2000 to get really good acceleration out of 'em. Plenty of cars need more torque on their lugnuts than the S2000 engine puts out. OK, that's an exaggeration, but they only make about 165lb-ft so it's not like they have a lot to spare.

I'll bet you surprised the hell out of him though. Good for you.

yeah i no longer own the crossfire, i now have a 350z, not sure i might have put a few pics on here, but anyway i love it, and yeah the crossfire did ok with what i had and it did beart that s2000 pretty bad, it def. has torque over the s2000 yes, and even after i jumped out on him he could not gain on me just kinda sat about 2 2 and a half cars behing me id say. but my z in an animal. lol. . crossfire really honestly doesn't compare. i am selling my wheels from my crossfire if anyone is interested. also have a stock exhaust left to go and a nitrous kit that was barely used only one time on a z28 that went 13.5 and i beat him. . lol never told him i had spray he couln't figure out how i beat him. but to clear it up beating the s2000 was just intake and exhaust, nothing else even had my 20's on

350z's are nice cars, a little too common place but they are nice. What are your plans for it?
