Default three tracks within 55 miles

I have three tracks within 55 miles of my house,, PBIR is about 55 miles north of me it is a drag strip 1/4 mile also a road course, monster truck track and much more
then just south of me about 7 miles is countline drag strip 1/8 mile they also have a drifting track, and a drifting school, which my friend Juan teaches drifting
and then about 55 miles south of me is Homestead raceway, nascar, roadcourse, and now drag races,,1/8 mile also.
the story behind this is i can't resist going to a track to race. now have you heard of chumpcar world series in sept there will be one in fl. may have to go to it. anyway back to my post, last night i went to PBIR, got in 7 runs in a short amount of time being there were over 200 cars there frist run at 7:13 last run for me 9:51 ran 12.402 & 12.42 &,12.490 and 12.541,again a 12.541& a 12.533,, and one 12.671,, that was not the best part,,, as you may have read i want a cadiliac cts V well ther were 4 of them at the track last night ,,i got to run one of them he was running 11.149 @ 128 mph the others wer not as modded and one was almost stock the stock one was running 12.0 the others were running in the 11 seconds. I want one and soon. I just learned how to scan and post, here are the time slips. jim,,,,now how do you make them bigger?

I think it's time for you to complete your setup with a 178, teflon ypipe, and most importantly Rob's tune. Come this winter and you'll be setting records at PBIR. Your slips show how your car charges strong to the 660' mark and then just tapers off. Look how big a difference the car that ran 11.14. You were only 7 tenths behind at the 1/8th, then a full second at the 1000'. Based on the mph numbers my guess is that was a CTS you were running?

Robs tune? As in Needswings Rob? I didn't realise needswings offer tuning. Cruzing are you not happy with inmotion?

Very happy with IM, it's a very detailed tune that went hand in hand with every part I have on my car. No bigger pulley, no smaller pulley, no imitation mani's, no imitaion CAI, etc...The teflon coating inside made it even better. It was originally tweaked for the single CAI, and I didn't have enough cool weather to exchange any data for the dual CAI. It was a must to even have the p/p teflon coated ypipe. It was called Rob's tune because he was the one who ran over 20 dynos dialing it in. That was on 93 octane, then myself and MD went to the 100 octane version. This isn't a tune you can request from IM, but has to go through Rob for authorization to have it done.

I got you that makes sense, I only dropped about 2 or 3 tenths from my tune from InMotion I expected abit more seeing as I paid for the 'custom' tune they offered to incorporate my dual CAI and pulley, oh well!

If you go to IM website, you'll see a tune with no mods is the regular tune for $300 something. Then anything modifying the car is considered a custom tune, that's with any tuner. It's basically being tweaked ever so slightly based on the mod your installing and still leaving some safe room depending on the altitude your going to be using the car.
Now a real custom tune is datalogging your runs at the track, then emailing them to IM and him tweaking your tune even more, right down to every 100 rpm throughout the powerband. This way your actually testing the limits in your neck of the woods, not off some dyno that isn't in the same climate as you.
