If you've seen the prior videos you will notice that I'm way more comfortable in the car now. Especially on the sweepers.

 

Anything cool happening in your area this weekend. I arrive late afternoon Friday and leave Sunday.

 

The only thing is the Cruise in at a place called "Jenro's" in Va. Beach on Independence Blvd. It starts at 3:00 and goes until about 9:00. There are usually about 50+ really nice cars there (Classics, Customs and Hot Rods). They even have a DJ outside that plays 50s, 60s, & 70s music. Of course it's free. I have something else going on Saturday evening but I may be there for an hour or so.

The next Autocross is the 20th (Father's Day) at the Littlecreek Amphib base. This one is being run by the Tidewater Sports Car Club.

 

Here are the times for the Novice class on June 6. Only one car quicker... A Subaru WRX He's chipped and has changed his waiste gate for higher boost. He will also be running DSX next season. I just have to get a little smoother. I'm sure I left about 2 seconds on the table.... My first 2 runs I had the tire pressure too high... Had 42 psi front and 40 rear. Changed to 40 front and 38 rear. Picked up 2.5 seconds.

I found out this weekend that the Subaru WRX that has been running as DSN is actually a WRX STi which is in AS... not DS so that will put me in first place in the points in novice class.
