Funday went great...for me!
Let me start by saying what a pleasure it was to meet amx1397(Jim) today. That "TOP SECRET" intake was neat looking, and as promised, will NOT be posting pics of it until it is released. It's sweet looking, for sure. Also met another N/A owner that happened to see our cars out. He left before I caught his name.
Now to the good stuff. Let me remind folks that I only run a DIY CAI, no tune, no pulley, on stock size street tires. My best run of the day was a 12.725 @ 110.14 with a 1.869 60'. I really need to start data logging, and maybe get a tune/pulley later on to put some heat on my comrades.

Jim(amx1397) ran an 11.3??@123 if I remember right. I'll have to post the video, if someone hasn't already. Good times and good times with great people!

Great seeing you guys again! My best, spinning, was a 12.0 @ 115mph. I really thought my new Mickey Thompson drag radials would have hooked a lot better. A major disappointment indeed. One race I had to let go of the gas and then floor it again, only to spin yet again. I hook better on the street! Oh well, it was still a great time. My son with his stock turbo on street tires had a best of 13.0 @111 mph. Far from his best of 12.2. I do love Jim's car and especially his custom Needswings dual prototype CAI. What a beauty! It should sell like hotcakes if anyone wants the best one on the market, that's for sure. And it does give me some ideas to even improve my custom cai too. Looking forward to seeing some of those videos. Jim, I should be able to attend the all Mopar SRT shootout at PBIR. Really looking forward to it.

As the "she" referenced by Chuk - you are right, I want to keep our beautiful SRT in great shape. I really wouldn't mind getting another high mile example that we could go all Frankenstein on & turn into a beast.
It was a great time seeing everyone out at the track. Even though I didn't run it was a GREAT day!!! My car was running like a demon on the way home so I think she was inspired by the great runs we saw today.
There was a MB out there that was 2500hp and capable of running the quarter mile in 6 sec @ 220mph. Funny thing is that it had a HEMI!!!! I posted pics of that beast on FB. The best run it had Sunday was 199mph after blowing a belt & getting squirley at the start. What a monster!!!
