Default Track/autocross sway bar setup question for you track guys?

Curious what sway bar combinations you track guys have been happy with.

Front and rear, just front, just rear, mixing off mercedes or etc.

Thanks for your time.

Also, any body found sway bar links to work on the xfire?

I autocross a lot, and I've got it dialed in pretty good. I started out completely stock 04 NA, and added:
SRT brakes
SRT springs (cut about 1/2 -3/4 coil all around)
AMG shocks
SRT front sway bar
Front camber bolts (only adds about 1/2 degree neg camber)
Rear camber arms (actually to get less negative camber)
74mm TB
NeedsWings CAI, with K&N filter
Eurocharged tune
Resonator delete, straight-pipe replaced
Hoosier A6 Front 245 35 18, Rear 265 35 19
1/4" hubcentric spacer on front wheels
oil catch can
aggessive alignment (twitchy on the street, but quick turn-in at the track)

This moved me up to DSP in SCCA and D in NASA, but I won both classes last year in my region. With this setup I only didn't finish first twice. Once when I corded my tires, and the other time when 5 Pro racers showed up in my class -- but I did beat two of them. I was barely in DSP, and a few of them were at the cutting edge top with very wild setups.

If you want fast times, do the Hoosier's first. If you want to have fun, do the resonator delete first.
Best of luck.
Mike

We run 2 different srt's down here autocross twice a month and the stock car has koni shocks, H&r sway bar up front and camber bolts. the combination of those feels much better then stock. the other srt has the same without the h&r bar and you can feel less turn in. havnt messed with the rear sway bars at all

I'm still using the stock SRT sway bars. Sticky tires make more difference than any other change but you have to learn how to get the most out of them. They're expensive and don't make noise like street tires. Thats one reason it's advisable for relative new comers to the sport to learn on street tires. Cost and they start screaming before they let go.

I haven't gotten into the sway bar aspect of things yet. Still dealing with a big learning curve in general.
What I've done suspension wise so far is; Kmac camber bushings (don't have the alignment #'s with me as I'm out of town), Koni adjustable yellow shocks (Front-full turn out from full hard, Rear-full turn out from full soft. I got these settings from Les, may not be his current settings 'tho), SRT stock springs in front with a 1/2 coil cut/removed, Eibach's in back. Mike R camber arms.
At my last autocross event the car went through sweepers the best I've ever experienced. I have to re-learn how to drive it again. I was going through a sweeper thinking, "the front end's not pushing...damn...oh ****! Go faster! " lol. It actually felt like the rear end would break loose before the front pushed.
