Crazy bad!!! I have a buddy there watching this race this weekend. I am planning to join him next year as he tells me is awesome to see in person.

Based on what my friend said, the driver waved at the crowd before being taken to the hospital so it appears he may have avoided serious injury. Also, the car was leading at the time of the crash - sucks.

Dementors:: Your buddy is totally correct... I've seen 3 over the past years and it is a blast to stay up for 24 hours...get caught up in the "moments"...go in the pits and see the amazing machines...and meet the drivers...you will not regret it... Carl
