I have size 14 feet and I couldn't heel and toe (big toe, little toe) at all. The gap between pedals is pretty large. I ended up just getting an adjustable gas pedal. A full set of ricer pedals shouldn't set you back much more than $20 and they work very nicely... The only thing is that the way the gas pedal is connected to the floor, the adjustable pedal has to be mounted pretty high. I'll take a pic later on.

Not so pretty, but it does the job. I used it at the track last weekend and it was great! You can tell its made more for a pedal that swings from the top instead of the floor. The pedal itself plus the two sided tape in between bumps up the peal height by about .5". On my car, the first 1-2" of travel for the brake pedal is basically free play, so once I really get on it, the gas and brake line up pretty well.

It looks great. If you want to correspond off line my E-mail address is: rollingthunder78@verizon.net

I would be interested in what your doing and where.

I've been racing for 46 years in all types of competition and if you google my name you will see that I'm not blowing smoke.

I was the Chief Instructor for the Washington Region SCCA for too many years and if I can help you in any way just let me know.

BTW, my X-Fire handles better than 80% of the race cars I've driven over the years. I love it.

HDDP...I seem to have gotten better and better at heel-toeing the Crossfire. Here is my technique that might help you (before I go, I am curious to know your shoe size, I am a size 10):

When starting to brake, put the MIDDLE of your right foot (as opposed to your toe) on the brake pedal as if you were stomping DOWN on the brake and not pressing forward. When you apply some brake pressure, your heel should be up against the upper portion of the accelerator pedal, allowing you to blip the throttle. If you have the toe of your right foot braking, then your heel would be hitting the lower portion of the accelerator at a difficult angle. With this car you don't want to hit the bottom of the accelerator b/c that is where the hinge is. I hope this helps. If you need me to describe this in more detail, feel free to tell me.

Lastly, I remember looking at your galleries and noticing that you have a set of momo pedals on your Crossfire...Are they still on the vehicle?
