Default my V8 gray crossfire at the track

Took my new V8 crossfire,, bone stock,, to the drag strip I wanted to get a base before doing any mods.
Only got in three runs, first run 13.01@ 115 mph, ,,second run 12.14 @ 117 mph,, got it dialed in kinda and ran a 11.78 @ 117 , I think with a few more runs i would have been 11.50
any way i have one full second to go,, that is a lot of hard work and loads of money to go a full second faster,, down to 10.9 will be easy but from there to 10.6, will be mos after mod. here is the time slip from tonight. jim

P.S this could be your car before i start to mod it.

it was 80 degrees and the car is 100% V8 stock.

Jim,
Since all Crossfires came with a V-6 engine, how can yours be pure stock with a V-8?

Sold the black one to dragonslayer,,, for now keeping the gray ,,, (yes it is for sale) and modding it one mod at a time.
the 11.7 was v8 bone stock ,, street tires and 307 rear with DR's and 346 low 11's then it gets harder to to go faster.
I will post pictures after new year.got some work to make it look good.
