Great meet! Had a blast, the drive was very enjoyable. Somehow the 3 hours Google said it would take to get home only took 2 hours 10 min., with a stopover in Giddings.

Hey guys, sorry I missed out on the fun ! The girlfriend and I entertained two of our "boys" home from Iraq this weekend with the 3rd Armored Cav. out of Fort Hood. They were sure glad to be back on US Soil for good this time.
Shawn my friends nephew is car guy and the first thing he wanted to do after we met was to go for a spin in the XFire. Of course I obliged, he wanted to drive but with 6 shots of tequila already down his hatch, I didn't think that would be such a great idea. We took a FAST BLAST down MoPac and back thru downtown. His most expressive words during our lil short trip " HOLY _HIT " !!!

It was sure good to have'em back at home, safe, sound and all in one piece !!!

GOD BLESS'em ALL and Bring'em Home Safe !!!

"Bless 'em all" Let's get them all out safely and honorably, and concentrate on taking care of the broken families and mending the minds and bodies of those that returned having their lives changed forever.
