Even at top hope-I-don't-get-stopped speed, I cannot make it from Alamo, TX, where I work, to SPI on a Friday, in less than 2 hours, so I will most likely cannot get there before 7. I will, however, check my comp time/OT sheets at work; I'm sure there is some comp time 'somewhere' there that I can use.

I'm in the mood for a decent burger and a beer...

Hope no one minds seeing a dusty XF though...lack of anything resembling rainfall plus lots of dust from farming means we will all need to bring our California dusters...

 

I have been looking forward to this trip for sure . . . .
Im just sweatin how much its gonna cost to get my bike outa the shop this week they've had it for almost three weeks.
I may have to skip out on this one guys . . . . .
Im also concerned about the trip next month back to TMS....
Were still on reduced hours at my job (lucky to have a job still) automotive production parts, many lay-offs both my supervisors are gone now.....
Thats why I put down as a maybe. Arghhh. Fingers Crossed....

Well I should be on the beach about now having a cold drink but instead I'm at work. I had a few unexpected expenses (new tire, sick pet, along with higher than normal utilities) that have cut into my vacation budget. I work on commision only and last month was a slow month. Also I was planning on doing a little surfing but the report looks to be flat this weekend. I still have the time off but I'm thinking I will stay home and work.
