I bartend at a local bar on the weekends, and about 12:45 am Sunday morning I broke a glass trying to separate it from a shaker. The pictures tell the rest of the story.

I cut an artery and lost a lot of blood, but luckily missed tendons and nerves, so it should heal fine. Really sucks when you are right handed, it makes people laugh to watch me fumble trying to do anything.

Just getting this out before the GTG, I should still be there Sunday.

you shouldn't be drinking when you are bartending...............might as well be me that said it, someone is going to....LOL>>>>> you weren't doing one those crazy tricks were you??? ok, get well, and don't do it again....its not the kind of bloody mary I like...

Yep I know what you mean. Even the most simple things are hard to do, for example, tie a shoe, go to the bathroom then wipe....... <-- that one really gets taken for granted, just try to use the other hand, good luck
