tire pressure sensor

Default tire pressure sensor

I just bought 2 new rear tires@ firestone to replace the wore out pair. The technician said the passenger side monitor could not be rebuilt and a new one would be required. i allowed them to replace it with the one that was suppose to work with the crossfire. low and behold the tech could not set it now I have a pressure sensor light that is on. What can I do, they kept it on my rim and advised me to go to the dealer and have them reset it.

Yep.. trip to dealer..and hopefully it is compatible to the cars system.. 35 bucks later the dealer will let you know.. Just wondering though.. how is one not rebuild able since they are replacing the 0 ring seals from what I've seen..

As in did ***** wonka there jack it up taking it out to put the new seals on??
