Just a feeler to see if anyone is up for a Moonlight Madness run what you brung 1/4 drag. they open the gate at 9:00 PM and run until 1 or 2 in the morning. 32Krazy and JHM2K met me last Oct, along with some other SLK's, and we all had a blast. I just thought I would cruise down and make some passes, hoping to better my 60ft and overall 12.7 times. Would be great to meet up with anyone interested. I might go the 5th and the 12th, just depends. Anyway, see ya there

Last time you guys went to Steele I had some medical issues with my wife. I'D LOVE to go. Run my 70,000 plus miles roadster down the strip once or twice ! Maybe I can hit the low 20 minutes on my all season street tires !! Just to say I did it...more then anything else...would be a kick !!

I have all-season tires on as well, but might be interested in going down there since I believe that was the place that didn't care about Roadsters running. How much is it? What kind of helmets are required?

 

fri nite is $10 and helmets are not req. but advised. verts are welcome!

 

It looks like Friday 3/5 Moonlight Madness is a no go. They are open Saturday and Sunday 11am-4pm for T-n-T which is 10 admission and 10 to test. I amy stick close to home this weekend and run at the local 1/8. Kinda up in the air, right now.

 

what about this coming weekend ? Or next down the road ? I love to go but don't want to go by myself. I'm not much of a loaner (smile). If I knew of some folks to meet up with I'd go. I work Mon-Thur so Friday nights or just about any weekend works for me ( less the ball and chain chimes in.....).

 

im hoping to get to the track the last weekend of march but not sure. if not ill definatley be there in april. i have new drag radials that need to be broke in!
