Wow!!! What a great day! Thanks to Deb for getting us all together. It's 10:30 and we just got home Our day started at the Cracker Barrel, then we went to Sam's Club to see if anyone else showed up, then to the Convention Center on Hutchinson Island for photo ops, followed by a trip to Fort Pulaski, where Ranger Interpreters did a canon demonstration and the ground literally trembled below our feet. We all held our ears!!! After that we loaded up and went to the Crab Shack for a late lunch, then out to Tybee Beach for a walk on the beach. Everyone split up until 8:00 this evening, and we went to Toni's Steakhouse (fabulous food!!!) and enjoyed each other's company immensely. To all of you who missed Savannah today - we're sorry you didn't make it. It was a really perfect day! See you all next time

Deb, thanks for putting together this event. I think that it is fair to say that a great time was had by all. Trevor and I really enjoyed meeting everyone, and Trevor is still talking today about his (and Bunny's) great adventure. LOL

We all had a great time, really enjoyed Trevor's first... first time at a Fort, first time at the Beach... was great to see and he is such a smart and well behaved little boy. Too bad all didn't get to witness that! Really brought a smile to my face, takes you back I tell ya!

Look forward to seeing you all again soon!!! Hey and those that missed that steak at Toni's, oh man, I feel sorry for ya, was the best meal of the day!!!!

And YES I did control my lead foot all day long, killed me but I did it!!! LOL

Thanks Shawn, I hated to miss it but I had some pressing mechanical issues with my daily banger to get taken car of before the holidays and my trips up to NC. I'm so glad everyone had a good time and I damn sure hate missing good food......just sayin'! See you next time.

Why don't you guys come down for the Daytona Beach Dream Cruise??? Its the closest thing we are going to get to Woodward down here. Few thousand cars, great company, good food, cruise ins & cruising up & down A1A (beach front avenue)!!! We already have a good number of cars coming - it would be great to have a GA crew too!!!

Sounds like a fun event. Joyce and I already have commitments for that weekend in Nashville. Maybe next time. Keep us in the info loop. There's always later this year, after all, it is Florida!
