GTG's - XFire Owners (NC/SC/GA)
GTG's - XFire Owners (NC/SC/GA)
Thought I would start a thread where we could put together a calendar of events for our region. I'll see what I can do to get this rolling tomorrow sometime.

2. 08/28: Maggie Valley GTG - Western NC Event
SEP/2010
1. 09/11 or 09/12: Upstate SC Wine Tasting (Lunch) with Photo Stopovers at Campbell's Covered Bridge & Poinsett Bridge (Pie & Coffee in between)
OCT/2010
1. 10/01-10/03: Fall Dragon XFire Event
2. 10/15-10/16: 2010 Euro Auto Festival
NOV/2010
1. 11/06: Savannah Wine Tasting

There's also a strong contingent in Florida and what looks like the beginnings of a group in Northern Alabama. Postings for all of the local GTG's get placed in this SE Forum section. You just have to watch & see what events might interest you. You might want to see if there's enough interest & members to put together another XFire Owners group including TN & KY. Those 2 states in the SE seem like a logical sectional club to put together.
In any case, everyone posts scheduled GTG's throughout this Forum, so it's really just a matter of monitoring and joining in when & where possible. In fact, you bring up a good point. We ought to use this thread as a means to list any & all GTG's that occur in the SE Region. I know thtat there is already a thread for Crossfire Meets, but we're such a spread out group that having to search for events within a certain region is cumbersome. I'd pony up for keeping the SE list current. Let's see if others think this is a good idea.
