Atlanta GTG !!!

The Varsity Downtown, it is!
Ok, the Atlanta GTG is Saturday, August 28th 2010
I suggest 1 pm - but since I am less than 40 minutes away, I can go with any time at all, but again, for now, let's say 1 pm.
This will be our first ATL - area GTG, for now, it's going to be lunch at the Varsity.

Directions:
We are right across the I-75/85 Connector from Georgia Tech.
From Southbound 75/85: Get off at exit 249D, turn left and you will see The Varsity on the left immediately across the bridge.
From Northbound 75/85: Get off at exit 249D, go across Spring St. to West Peachtree St. and turn left. Go to North Ave. and turn left again. Follow North Ave. until you see The Varsity on the right.

I have been to the Varisty meet a couple of times, and loved Stone Mountain. Wife and I were just talking about an Atlanta trip. I have been meaning to cruise over there for Varsity, maybe stay the night or make a weekend of it. Sounds great, count me in

I'm in as well!! Only not the hiking part, hips can't take it, thanks to the car accident!! Think about the heat too.
Dan you don't want to miss the Savannah GTG cause you wanting PIZZA!!!! Thinking we'll go to the vineyard in the evening do the Karaoke

I'd love to go - but l'm traveling a lot (not by my car), and need new tires; so can't go til the tires are replaced. When a date is decided, maybe I can make it!!

The first post is now, tonight, (and always will be) updated with those showing interest and suggested dates.
Please see the first post and post any comments here. Infinite knows Atlanta better than I do - but anyone is encouraged to make suggestions for activities, dates, etc.
I guess, since I started this, I will kinda be the "go to guy" for this, but I am very dependant on Infinite and the rest of you to give ideas of where to go/what to do!
